What if I forgot to add the promo code when booking?


Quick answer

If you forgot to enter a valid promo code at checkout, don’t worry. We can still apply it, as long as the lesson hasn’t been paid for yet. If you’ve already paid, we’ll add a credit to your account instead.


What to do if you forgot the promo code

It’s easy to forget to enter a promo code when you’re booking online. If this happens:

  • If you haven’t paid for the lesson yet: Let us know and we can apply the promo code to your booking.
  • If you’ve already paid: We can’t alter the original transaction, but we’ll add the value of the discount as a credit to your DrivEASY account. You can use this credit toward a future lesson.

Just reach out with your booking details and the promo code you intended to use.
