Didn’t receive your confirmation email?

If you haven't received your confirmation email, there are a few common reasons this might happen. It could be that you didn’t complete the booking or that you accidentally mistyped your email address. Typically, your booking confirmation email should arrive almost immediately.


Here’s a quick checklist to help you locate it:


  1. Wait a few minutes.

    Sometimes emails take a little time to process and arrive after making a booking.

  2. Check Spam, Junk, and Other Tabs.

    Look in your Spam or Junk folders, as well as in Gmail’s Promotions or Updates tabs. If you find the email there, be sure to mark it as "Not Spam."

  3. Search Your Inbox.

    Try searching for keywords like "booking," "booking confirmed," or "DrivEASY."

  4. Safelist Future Emails.

    To avoid missing future emails, add DrivEASY to your contacts or mark our emails as safe to prevent them from being filtered.

  5. Confirm the Booking Has Been Made.

    If you closed the page too early, your booking may not have been completed. If this is the case, please try checking out again.

  6. Sign In to Your DrivEASY Account.

    You can view your booking details by logging into your DrivEASY account.
